- and make a donation of AT LEAST $15.
2.) Once you get your receipt emailed to you FORWARD IT to me at adamnowak70 AT gmail.com, with your full name and a note saying what you'd like to play, what you'd like to bring, etc. I will put your name on the list and you will be assured a spot at a table.
